We go beyond mental health to support with your overall wellbeing. We have services to support survivors of assault, crime and abuse, substance abuse and recovery, supportive residences, respite, mentoring, after school programs, peer support, and strengthening families.
Improving mental health

MHA of Columbia Greene is your bridge to wellbeing -- connecting individuals, children, and family with care. We are a non-profit organization, and most programs and services are free to the consumer. Select programs may bill insurance or have eligibility criteria such as Medicaid.
Please note, we do not offer standard clinical therapy services, our services are based around support programs.

After School & Mentoring
LEAPS Afterschool Programs are licensed and funded through OCFS to provide a broad range of educational, recreational, and culturally age-appropriate activities that integrate what happens during the school day. The program supports improvement in social, emotional, and academic competencies, as well as reducing negative behaviors such as crime, substance use and more.
CFTSS
Children and Family Treatment & Support Services (CFTSS) is a rehabilitative service available to children/youth under the age of 21 who are Medicaid eligible and meet medical necessity. Services are delivered in the community where the child/youth lives, attends school, and/or engages in services.
Child Advocacy Center
Our Child Advocacy Center (CAC) provides services for the trauma, care, and treatment of cases of child abuse. The CAC is a child-friendly safe environment where children and their families are able to receive a coordination of services for investigation therapy, medical exams, crisis counseling, courtroom preparation, education, and information.
Clubhouses
The Clubhouses are a community based, peer-driven recovery program that encourages positive peer, family and community involvement. The Clubhouses promote long-term recovery through recreation, pro-social activities, skill building opportunities, education, and activities centered on overall health and wellness.
PROS Recovery Program
Personalized Recovery Oriented Services. Our PROS program is a service available for individuals living with a mental health diagnosis, aimed at assisting in recovery to live a health lifestyle. The program offers coping skills training, overcoming depression, employment support, medication education, and symptom remission strategies.
Peer Support Programs
We have several different peer-based programs that provide different support needs. We have Peer Centers with support groups, NYS CORE Services program, Certified Recovery Peer Specialists for substance use recovery, and Children & Family Treatment and Support Services. Whether it's 1-on-1 support or social groups, we have programs that can help.
REACH Center
Referrals Education Advocacy Crisis Helpline. Our REACH Center provides a 24 hour helpline for survivors of crime and/or abuse. Trained staff provide counseling via phone and accompaniments for medical emergencies. Advocates are able to meet with survivors for support and coordination of services for legal, medical, and other necessary services.
