Register now to Walk or Run the One Too Many 5k to end child abuse.
This is a "Fun Run" - We'll kick off with a Battle of the Badges race and the track will be open to walk, run, or roll your way to 5k. You can do as much or as little distance as you are comfortable with.

When: Saturday, September 14 | Virtual Option Sept. 13-15

Time: Check-in 9am / Kickoff 10am

Where: Hudson High School Track

​Cost: $40 per participant. $20 for kids aged 10 and under

You can also participate virtually, wherever, whenever you choose between September 13 to 15. Note: dogs are not eligible to participate in the in-person due to school regulation.​

You must purchase a ticket to participate in this fundraiser event.
Everyone who registers will receive a race bib, race t-shirt*, and instruction sheet. Note: To be guaranteed a t-shirt you must register by August 8, 2024. After 8/8, t-shirts will be limited and available on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last.

75% of all registration proceeds directly support our Child Advocacy Center in providing essential services for the community for the prevention, investigation, and counseling for survivors of child abuse.​ Additional donations fully fund our vital program.

In consideration of accepting this entry, I, the participant, intending to be legally bound do hereby waive and forever release any and all rights and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against the Mental Health Association of Columbia Greene Counties, Inc. (MHACG), the New York State Children’s Alliance, Inc. (NYSCA), and all of their sponsors and their employees for any and all injuries to me or my personal property. This release includes all injuries and/or damages suffered by me before, during or after the One Too Many NY 5K Virtual Race. I recognize, intend and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees.

I know that running a 5K race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and run unless I am medically able to do so and properly trained. I assume all risks associated with running in this event including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, traffic, and any course conditions, and waive any and all claims which I might have based on any of those and other risks typically found in running a 5K race. I acknowledge all such risks are known and understood by me.

Further, I grant permission to MHACG and NYSCA to use my name, voice and images of myself in any photographs, results, publications or other print, or videos of my participating in the event for legitimate purposes. This event follows the standard running industry policy: All entry fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control such as a natural disaster or emergency or as required to protect the safety of participants and staff. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. We reserve the right to change the details of the event without prior notice. I understand that my entry fee is non-refundable, and bib numbers are non-transferable.
